I've just had 2 garage roller doors fitted with automatic lifters. My house was built in 1986 and these are the original roller doors yet they are now not only opening and closing automatically but are running much smoother than before because, in addition to fitting the lifters, the technician made some additional adjustments. I'm very impressed with both the standard of workmanship and the service from Alpha Doors. A local business with old fashioned service - excellent !!!
Technician Brock did a fantastic and professional job installing our new roller garage door. The new door is great. We will certainly call Alpha Doors - Whanganui if we need any more work done. We had our tilt door suddenly break when one of the rollers came away from its track. Also, the spring decided it wasn't going to open our door any more than about 12 inches. We contacted Alpha doors who arrived a day earlier than booked which was great. The technician, Seth, came across a few more minor issues than we had noticed so attended to those while here was here.
