Choosing a Garage Door Company in Whanganui

WHAT TO LOOK FOR WHEN COMPARING GARAGE DOOR SUPPLIERS

Choosing a new garage door isn't just about price. The door specification, automation, warranty, workmanship and after-sales support can make a big difference.

If you're comparing Alpha Doors with The Door Guy, Dominator or another local garage door supplier, make sure you're comparing like for like.

What Should You Compare?

When comparing garage door quotes, make sure you’re comparing like with like. Check the thickness of the steel, width of the guides and specs of the auto opener.

Door Quality
Compare the door construction, finish, hardware and available options. Ensure that it is suitable for your requirements .

Automation
Check the opener, remotes, safety features and smart-control options included.

Warranty & Support
Understand what's covered and what servicing or after-sales support is available.

Experience
Consider who will measure, supply and complete the work — and who you'll deal with if something goes wrong.

The Complete Job
Some projects require framing, facing boards or alterations around the opening. Check whether this can be handled as part of the project.
