We had our tilt door suddenly break when one of the rollers came away from its track. Also, the spring decided it wasn't going to open our door any more than about 12 inches. We contacted Alpha doors who arrived a day earlier than booked which was great. The technician, Seth, came across a few more minor issues than we had noticed so attended to those while here was here.
